It Snowed!

So, it snowed in Las Vegas on Monday and today! And, let's just say, that's not normal! 

I just don't think these pictures do it justice. Driving around seeing snow on your everything that really never gets touched with snow is surreal.

When I came out of work today, there was so much snow on my car (and it's not like I'm equipped to get snow off of my car) that I had to, ironically, use my sun shade to get the snow off of all my windows!! Ha! Yep, that's how we do it in the desert.

Plus, you know it's big when it's no msn.com and ET (on TV).

My dad got me some photoshopping books. And I'm putting them to use and learning a lot. I'm very excited! Here are some photos, that I took while we went hiking yesterday, that I used some color correcting techniques.


Here is a photo from the wedding that I did some work on. I think it's so interesting the difference a little program can do. I feel like I look like an angel! LOL Jim says he can't tell a difference...what a nice husband. :)

Uh Oh OOoooOOOO!! New Kids On The Block!!

I went to the New Kids On The Block Concert with my BEST friend, Latoya, and some friends from work. Not only did we make our own shirts (there were 5 of us and we were each a 'step' from "Step by Step") but we crimped our hair! We truly had a blast and I have TONS of pictures...but I'll only punish you with a few. :) I was reliving my young childhood...

I've been dreaming of this day for a LONG TIME!!

Jim in San Diego!

Jim went to a San Diego Chargers game a couple of weeks ago. I know it was great for him, because he was able to watch Bret Favre play (with the NY Jets). I tease him because he didn't get to see him as a Packer. :( Everyone together...awwwwwww Jim! Here are some photos.

Wahoo! We did it! We bought a beautiful new house! Thank you to my mom, Latoya, and her mom Carol for all of their help with painting! I couldn't have done it without you!
